Our Returns Policy ensures customers continue to be satisfied long after each and every purchase from Bulby Wipers. This policy allows customers to shop online with 100% confidence, knowing we’re happy to refund or replace your wiper products on all change-of-mind purchases.

Valid Returns – What We’ll Need from You

Before we refund or exchange your Bulby Wipers products, we’ll just ensure that:

  • You’re able to produce your sales receipt.
  • The products you’re requesting a refund/exchange forare in re-saleable condition.
  • The products are returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with any other items originally included with the product prior to unpacking.

Then, you’re able to either:

  • Request a full refund on the goods – Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used to purchase the products, or
  • Make an exchange – Select alternate products to the value of the goods originally purchased.

This policy applies in addition to your regular consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

We don’t mind paying for return freight if you’ve received faulty or incorrect products. However, we generally won’t offer to cover shipping costs on change-of-mind purchases.
